Welding processes

The Uhrhan & Schwill delivery program includes welding systems for two different welding processes:

• Metal active gas welding (MAG welding)
• Submerged arc welding (SAW)

These two processes are fundamentally different.

MAG welding is employed in 1-arc tack welding machines , while SAW is employed in multiple-arc outside welding systems and multiple-arc inside welding systems .
